Unit 4

​

  • TPACK Model will be taught in training and reinforced through online homework assignment.

  • Learners will design a lesson plan using the TPACK framework. They will complete a sharing form for any added ideas or clarifications, if needed. Forms will be shared among them for any additions and brought to next meeting for discussion.

  • Flipped classroom model will be taught during a training.Learners will continue by reading articles and videos on this model through the online course.They will complete a sharing form for any added ideas or clarifications, if needed.Forms will be shared among them for any additions and brought to next meeting for discussion.

  • Team leaders will model lesson and activities that is on the UbD table.

  • Learners will view examples of lessons online and develop their own lesson plan.Their lesson plans will be brought to the following meeting and displayed on screen for discussion.After any modifications made by group, copies will be made for each learner.

 

Unit 5

  • Questions/adjustments/clarification on course objectives will be discussed.

  • Surveys and questionnaires of course will be distributed to learners and team leaders.

 

Unit 6

​

Feedback meeting will take place.  Surveys, questionnaires and students’ monitoring forms (including parents’ notes) will be discussed.  Feedback will cover how the trainings and online course were conducted and how they can be improved.  Parents feedback will also be discussed. Any other concerns by everyone involved will be discussed.

12.  How will learners access the resources?

 

Learners will access the resources by locating them in the course folders, handouts by the team leaders or by request.

 

13,  How will you divide or “chunk” the learning activities into meaningful increments to help

learners build or scaffold their learning?

 

My course will be divided into 6 Units.  We will start with the introduction of Blended Learning Model during the training.  They will be assigned videos and articles to view. The following units will include a few strategies to implement in their teachings.  Learners will come to trainings with notes and ideas that they will share after viewing assigned articles and videos for homework.  Learners will role play activities with the strategies learned. 

 

14.  How will you integrate readings, videos, discussions, and activities for meaningful learning?

 

After viewing the readings, videos, discussions and activities, learners will discuss them in the trainings/meetings.  I will demonstrate the strategies and activities in the trainings/meetings and in the classroom involving students.

 

15.  What active learning experiences will you provide for your learners?

 

I will have the learners play out the collaborative learning roles to ensure that they understand the roles.  Learners will demonstrate blended learning strategies in the classroom with students while peers and team leaders observe for feedback.

16.  What will your assessment (both formative and summative) look like?

 

I will be using both.  Formative assessment will be an ongoing feedback during their classroom observations. As for summative assessment, the learners will submit sharing forms to be reviewed by our team.  They will also define in their own words with examples the meaning of the Blended Learning Model and the strategies they will be learning.
